Help Hayti is more than a 20-year old concept coming to friution. It began with a personal study aimed at understanding Haiti’s behavior settings, its physical features and the social circuits that maintain them. It has evolved into a 501 (c) (3) charitable project of Congressional District Programs, which was founded in March of 2005 and with its sister organization, Humanitarian Aid for the Advancement of the Community Population (HAACP) established in October 2006 created the Adopt-A-Community Project.

Mission: To provide quality primary education and follow along services to disadvantaged children in remote communities of Haiti.

Vision:To integrate actions with the help of the international community to permanently re-establish the social, economic, and physical equilibrium of Haiti.

To improve the literacy rate of a growing population.
